Hemisphere 2 Entertainment is in pre-production on its adventure feature film TransAtlantic.

This film chronicles the true story behind the first trans-Atlantic airplane flight. Though rarely told, it is one of unparalleled heroism and endeavor that epitomizes the pioneering spirit of the earliest days of flight. It is a classic tale incorporating all the elements of a great story ... drama, suspense, adventure, love and friendship.

John William Alcock and Arthur Whitten Brown, an Englishman and an American on June 14-15, 1919 were the first to fly non-stop across the Atlantic Ocean. This historic feat not only established the feasibility of long-distance air travel, but also paved the way for Charles Lindbergh's solo flight eight years later.
